Portal

A front desk for your customers

Customers sign in to see their treatment history, update their details and leave a review — without calling you.

Customer portal with My appointments: upcoming bookings above a list of past treatment visits.
In the portal, customers see their next and past appointments.

The customer portal is a signed-in area your own customers get, separate from your staff accounts and from every other clinic on the platform. A customer registers once with an e-mail address, then signs in to see the appointments they have coming up, cancel one while your cancellation deadline still allows it, look back over the treatments they have had, leave a review of a visit, correct their own address and phone number, and choose which of the eight languages they are written to in. It takes the 'when am I booked again?' calls off your front desk.

How it works

What you get

Who it's for

An example from everyday use

A guest books a 90-minute oil massage. She registers for her own account with her e-mail address and signs in. Under her appointments she sees the booking with its date, time and treatment, and a cancel button — active until the deadline the clinic set, and greyed out with an explanation once it is too late. Under her treatments she finds the visits she has already had; clicking one opens the review form, where she rates the visit. In her settings she switches the portal to Thai and corrects her phone number. None of that needs a call to the front desk, and the staff see the new number on her record.

Good to know

The customer portal is included from Pro. Customers don't need to call or message to check their next appointment or update a phone number — it's already in their own account.

Frequently asked

What can customers do in the customer portal?

Register their own account, see their upcoming appointments and cancel one within the deadline you set, read back their treatment history, leave a review after a visit, update their contact details, and choose the language the portal and their e-mails use.

Is the customer portal separate from my staff accounts?

Yes. Customers get their own kind of account with its own menu, which can only reach customer pages. They see their own data and nothing else: not your other customers, not your figures, and nothing belonging to another clinic on the platform.

Can customers cancel an appointment themselves in the portal?

Yes, up to the cancellation deadline you set. Their appointment list shows each upcoming booking with date, time and treatment next to a cancel button; after the deadline the button is inactive and says why. A cancellation frees the slot straight away and the assigned therapist is notified by e-mail.
