How it works

• Set up the resource types your shop actually uses — treatment room, mat, bed, wash station, device — and create the instances you have of each, like "Room 1" and "Room 2", with a capacity for how many clients each can serve at once.
• Give a treatment the types it needs, and booking only offers a time when the therapist and a free instance of every required type line up — online and on the staff form alike.
• The assigned room or mat is stored on the appointment and shown in the calendar, the appointment list, the detail view and the e-mail the assigned therapist receives — and staff can swap it for another when creating or editing a booking.
• Block a resource for cleaning, maintenance or a defect, for the whole day or just a time range, and it drops out of the booking pool for exactly that time.
