One clinic, every location

Multi-location management in Thai Clinic App means one account for every shop you run. Each branch keeps its own calendar, therapists, treatments, prices, stock, address and time zone, and you switch between them from the bar at the top or look at all of them at once. Customers belong to the clinic rather than to a location, so one person has one record and one treatment history wherever they walk in. Branches are included from Pro, and every location beyond the first is charged as an add-on on the same subscription.

How it works

What you get

Who it's for

An example from everyday use

A clinic opens a second shop across town. The owner adds it as a branch with its own name, address, phone number and time zone, and the new location gets its own treatment list with its own prices and its own stock of oils. Two therapists are assigned to both shops, with separate working hours per branch, so the roster cannot put one of them in two places at the same hour. A regular who always went to the first shop books at the new one: same record, same treatment history. At the end of the month, with all branches selected, the statistics put both shops side by side with revenue, visits and utilisation.

Good to know

Branches are included from Pro. Every location beyond the first costs €19 net per month, or €15 per month with annual billing.

Frequently asked

What does a second location cost in Thai Clinic App?

Multiple branches start with the Pro plan, and every location beyond the first costs €19 net per month, or €15 per month with annual billing. It is charged on the same subscription as your plan, so there is no second account and no second invoice to keep track of.

Do customers have to be entered again at every branch?

No. A customer belongs to the clinic, not to a shop, so there is one record and one treatment history no matter which location they visit. Treatments, packages and sales recorded at any branch appear on the same customer timeline.

Can prices and stock differ between locations?

Yes, and they do by default. A treatment and a product each belong to exactly one branch and carry that branch's own price and stock count, so a sale can only take goods off the shelf of the shop that is selling them. The customer file is the part that stays shared.
