How it works
- Pick a period — today, the last 7 or 30 days, the quarter, the year, or any range you like. Every figure appears next to the same period before it.
- Revenue is split by where it came from: treatments, retail products and packages, so a good month selling oils never hides a quiet month in the treatment rooms.
- Utilisation compares the hours therapists actually delivered against the hours they were rostered for, and a weekday-by-hour view shows exactly when the rooms sit empty.
- Treatments are ranked by revenue and by what they earn per hour of room time — a 30-minute foot massage often beats a long oil treatment, and only the second ranking shows it.
What you get
- Revenue, profit, visits, average sale, therapist utilisation and cancellation rate
- Revenue trend by day, week or month, with the change against the previous period
- Split by treatments, retail products and packages
- Top treatments by revenue and by revenue per hour
- An optional weekly summary by e-mail, in your own language
Good to know
All figures are gross. A treatment package counts as revenue once, on the day it is sold — the treatments later redeemed against it are shown separately, so the same money is never counted twice.
